What? Another election?

"What? Oh no, not more about the election!"

Yeah, I know, we've been through a lot of election stuff lately. But this election is important, too.

November 12 - a week from today - is the deadline for active members to submit their ballots for the TAG officers' election to the American Arbitration Association.

If you are an active member (that is, not on withdrawal or suspended), you should have received a ballot in the mail in mid-October. If you didn't receive a ballot or have misplaced it, contact the election judge, Robi Rivera, at (213) 362-1900 or RiveraRo@adr.org. (Make sure you didn't send it in and forget that you did - if the election judge receives two ballots from you, neither will be counted.)

Ballots will be counted on Saturday, November 13. In order for your ballot to be counted, you must be paid up through the fourth quarter of 2010, on or before 5 pm on Friday, February 12. (Reminder notices to those not yet paid went out in yesterday's mail. Remember too that you can pay online from our website.)

The election results will go up on this blog sometime on the afternoon of the 13th, and will go out on the e-mail list at about the same time.
